You can request a repeat prescription in a number of different ways:
- Use the NHS App – This is the simplest and easiest way to order your repeat medication.
- Order your request using Patient Access You need to register to use our online repeat prescription ordering service. Please speak to one of our receptionists.
- In person – Complete the right-hand section of your previous prescription form and posting your request in the prescription box situated next to the entrance or you may hand your request to a member of staff.
- Send it to us by post – When ordering by post, please allow an additional two working days for first class carriage via the postal service. If you enclose a stamped addressed envelope, your prescription will be returned to you, again please allow an additional two working days for return.
If you prefer, we can post it back to you (you will need to provide a stamped, addressed envelope).
Please note we DO NOT take prescription orders over the phone.
Your prescription will be ready for collection 2 working days later.
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
