- Help with work, training, and next steps

How to self‑refer
Complete the online referral form

- Choose “I am referring myself” when asked who is making the referral.
- Fill in your contact details, GP details, and the questions about your alcohol or other substance use, health, and any risks.

All enquiries are handled confidentially.
What to expect
- You will have an assessment to talk about your drinking and any other issues you are facing.
- If needed, you may also see a nurse with expertise in alcohol‑related health.
- Together, you will agree a plan that feels realistic, with goals that work for you.
You do not have to be ready to stop drinking before you contact Lighthouse – you only need to be ready to talk.
